As a Counsellor, you will guide students and professionals in choosing the right career paths while driving admissions and enrolments. This role requires balancing empathetic counselling with a sales-driven approach to achieve conversion targets. You will handle inquiries, build strong relationships, and ensure smooth onboarding while supporting overall organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counselling sessions to prospective students and clients regarding courses, programs, or services offered.
• Guide individuals in making career, academic, or personal development decisions.
• Maintain strong follow-ups with walk-ins, leads, and inquiries for successful conversions.
• Handle telephonic and in-person queries efficiently with a consultative approach.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of student/client interactions and progress reports.
• Collaborate with academic, operations, HR, and marketing teams to ensure smooth processes.
• Achieve counselling and conversion targets set by management.
